Trip to Antwerp, enjoying the first day of spring with my sunshineshoes and doing some embroidery on the train.

It’s a faux-fur with a layer of puffpaint ( can’t get enough of that stuff) which I texturised with a soldering iron. The inspiration for my work this year is ‘taxidermy’. translation: arrangement of skin. I love everything about biology and even disease can be beautiful. So im trying to recreate skin, and embellish disease.
